Notice of Hearing for RC 5/23 - Conditional Use to authorize a 1,000 ft² Secondary Suite attached to a proposed 1,250 ft² garage/workshop on the premises 6:30 p.m.

Notice of Hearing for RV 1/24 - To vary the maximum separation distance requirement between a principal dwelling and detached secondary suite  6:45 p.m.  

Notice of Hearing for RC 3/23 - Conditional Use to authorize a private vehicle collection on the premises  6:55 p.m.

Notice of Hearing for RC 4/23 - Conditional Use to authorize the intensification of a Communal Farm Operation (Sturgeon Creek Colony), including a new boiler and biomass storage building; new welding shop; new residential buildings; and new agricultural/farm buildings  7:25 p.m.
